Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Airnox. We strive to provide the highest quality products and service. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, cancellations, and defect claims to ensure a transparent experience for our customers.


1. Returns and Cancellations

1.1 Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Approval: All returns require prior authorization. Items sent back without an official approval from Airnox will not be processed.

1.2 Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours but before dispatch are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the standard return policy applies.

1.3 Non-Faulty Returns (Change of Mind)

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returns.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Airnox does not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

1.4 Exchanges

Airnox does not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


2. Damage, Defects, and Missing Items

2.1 The 24-Hour Reporting Window

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Late Claims: Claims submitted after this window may be declined if we cannot verify that the damage occurred during transit.

  • Verification: To process a claim, you must provide:

    • Clear photos/videos of the defect.

    • Photos of the inner and outer packaging.

    • A clear photo of the shipping label.

2.2 Faulty Item Resolution

Once the fault is verified by our team:

  • We will provide instructions for the return.

  • Upon inspection, your return postage will be reimbursed, and a full refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Note: Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or modification is not covered.


3. How to Process Your Return

  1. Request Approval: Email airnoxshirt@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and necessary photographic evidence.

  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packed. Items damaged due to poor packaging during the return trip may be rejected.

  3. Include Identification: Place a note inside the parcel with your Full Name and Order Number.

  4. Ship with Tracking: Use a tracked courier service. Send your tracking number to airnoxshirt@gmail.com as soon as the item is dispatched.


4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Refunds are processed only after the item arrives at our facility and passes quality inspection.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Status: If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.


5. Shipping and Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details. Airnox is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customs: We utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services; customers should not encounter additional customs or import fees after checkout.
